Tender oxtail and beef chuck, slowly braised in a savoury, spicy sauce inspired by the flavours of Kung Pao, then wrapped in dumpling pastry and pan-fried until crisp and golden.
Serve with chilli sambal or your favourite crispy chilli oil.

Each pie will weigh approximately 300g, enough for one person.
Preheat oven to 160c. Remove from packaging and place on baking tray. Cook for 25-30 minutes until pastry is crisp and internal temperature is 65c or above.
