A small suckling pig leg, coated in our house blend of green and red Sichuan pepper, fennel, ginger and coriander. We like to serve it sharing style in the middle of the table, with soft Japanese milk buns, (such as the Parker House Rolls from our cookbook), and pickles.

We'll have limited quantities of Parker House Rolls (made by our friends at Morning Market) in-store for the next fortnight.

This is a fresh product, best eaten within 3 days of purchase. Please refer to packaging for further information.
Each suckling pig leg will weigh approximately 1.1kg, enough for 4-5 people.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and roast the leg for 50 mins. Rest 15 mins before carving.
