Our housemade game, foie gras & prune terrine, made by our Fitzroy charcutier. 

A festive terrine featuring Foie Gras and Prune, a flavourful mix of duck and quail, mixed with rich foie gras and sweet prunes. Wrapped in delicate caul fat, this terrine offers a luxurious texture and a balanced taste of savoury and sweet. Perfect for serving with crusty bread or crackers.

This terrine is made with duck, quail, chicken liver, pork mince, pork fat, foie gras, shallots, garlic, brandy, prune, caul fat, lemon zest, and thyme.
The terrine will be vacuum sealed, please refer to packaging for use by information & consume within 7 days. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.
This terrine is available in either a 150g or 500g portion.

Christmas items are available for home delivery and click & collect from December 16 to 24.
