Aaron's whole turkey ballotine makes carving easy. The bird is deboned and filled with a classic chicken farce, sage, confit garlic and onion stuffing.

Available as part of our Christmas in July offering, for collection or delivery from 16 - 26 July.

Ingredients

Turkey, chicken farce, onion, dried sage, lemon zest, mustard powder, ground clove, juniper, parsley, salt, pepper.

Shelf Life

This raw product will be vacuum sealed, please refer to packaging for use by date information. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.

Serving Size

Each whole turkey ballotine will weigh a minimum of 3.8kg, feeding 8-10 people. The half ballotine will weigh approximately 1.9kg, feeding 4-5 people.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 160c, roast for 1.5 hours (half ballotine) or 2.5 hours (full ballotine) or until internal temperature reaches 62c. Rest for 15mins.
