A pork sausage originating from the Jura region of France, made with coarsely minced pork, stuffed into a large natural casing, then cooked and gently smoked. BBQ or pan-fry over a medium to high heat, then serve with a mustard sauce (available in-store now) and Salad Lyonnaise.

Each pack will contain two morteau sausages weighing approximately 600g total, enough for 2-3 people.
To prepare, simply grill on the BBQ or fry pan over a medium to high heat, turning them frequently until well caramelized and warmed through. Serve as part of a Lyonnaise salad or with Mustard sauce
