A classic French-inspired Pithivier. Smoked rare breed leg ham, Comté cheese, confit onion and garlic are encased in golden, flaky Pâté en Croûte pastry. Serve either at room temperature or gently warmed through, with mustard and cornichons on the side.

Available as part of our Decade of Meatsmith celebration, from 27 Jan - 8 Feb.

Smoked Rare breed leg ham, comte cheese, confit garlic, Pate en croute pastry (flour, butter, lard, eggs, salt, sugar).
This is a cooked product, best eaten in 3-4 days. Please refer to packaging for more information.
Each slice of pithivier will weigh approximately 300g, enough for 2 people as an entree or 1 person as a main course.
Preheat oven 160c. Place on a baking tray and gently warm for 10-15 minutes.
