For the holidays this year, we’ve turned to our team to share a dish that captures the festive spirit of celebrations past. 

This is Isobel's - a locally sourced beef eye fillet, crusted in a generous layer of pepper, and ready to roast and serve with horseradish cream.

This fresh product will come vacuum sealed, please refer to packaging for use by date information. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.
Your pepper crusted eye fillet will weigh approx. 1kg and will feed 4-6 as a main course, or 8-10 as a starter.
Take your beef out of the fridge at least an hour before cooking. Preheat oven to 200c, Roast for 30mins or until internal temperature of 45c, rest for 30 minutes. Slice thinly and serve on a bed of rocket, drizzled with horseradish cream.
