Lamb Marrakech is our take on the traditional Moroccan pastry, the Pastilla.
It's a slow-cooked boneless lamb leg wrapped in crisp filo pastry, infused with warming spices like fenugreek, cinnamon and cumin, as well preserved lemon, honey, and pomegranate molasses.
All prepared by our kitchen, this pie only needs to be gently baked for 90 minutes.
Available to order as part of our Easter offering 1 - 4 April.

This is a raw product, that should be consumed within three days of purchase.
Each Lamb Marrakech will weigh approximately 2kg, feeding 8 people.
Preheat the oven to 160c. Transfer to a baking rack on a flat tray. Bake in the oven for 90 minutes until the internal temperature is 48c. Remove and leave on the rack and rest for 25 minutes should rest out to 52-54c. Carve, serve.
