A pudding fit for Easter feasting. Locally made panettone, baked into a rich, custardy dessert with chocolate, brandy, and cream. Buttery, indulgent, and best served warm—perhaps with a splash of Crème anglaise or a scoop of ice cream for good measure.
Panettone, Eggs, Thickened Cream, Milk, Sugar, Honey, dark chocolate, almonds, pear, sultanas, orange rind, lemon rind, wheat flour, brandy.
This is a cooked product, best consumed within 3-5 days.
Each portion of bread and butter pudding will weigh approx. 900g, serving 6 people.
Microwave on 700w for 4-5mins or until heated all the way through. Serve with cream, custard or ice cream. Alternatively, Microwave for 3 minutes on high, turn out on to baking tray. Cover liberally with caster sugar and bake at 170c for 15 minutes until golden brown all over and internal temperature is 65c.
