For the holidays this year, we’ve turned to our team to share a dish that captures the festive spirit of celebrations past.
This is Beth's - a large whole duck from Great Ocean Road Ducks which has been glazed in Marionette cassis, star anise, Shaoxing wine and Chinese five-spice, then aged for a week in our Meatsmith duck room. Comes with an extra jar of glaze to add another layer before roasting it at home.
