A luxurious terrine combining tender pork, rich foie gras, and sweet apricots. Expertly crafted by our chefs, this terrine is ideal as a festive starter or on a charcuterie board. Serve chilled with crusty bread or our Meatsmith Chutney. 

Pork shoulder, pork backfat, chicken breast, foie gras, chicken liver, garlic, brandy, tarragon, parsley, egg, nitrate, salt, black peppercorns, caul fat, apricot, thyme.
The terrine will be vacuum sealed, please refer to packaging for use by information & consume within 7 days. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.
This terrine is available in either a 150g or 500g portion.

Christmas items are available for home delivery and click & collect from December 16 to 24.
