Whole raw Aylesbury duck from the Macedon Ranges. All Macedon Ranges ducks are free-range and trussed, ready to roast. We have two delectable stuffings for your bird. Our apricot & chestnut stuffing would be particularly delicious here.
This is a fresh product that will be vacuum sealed, please refer to packaging for use by date information. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.
Your whole Aylesbury duck will weigh a minimum of 1.8kg and will feed up to 6 people.
