The NV Ayala Brut Majeur is Chardonnay dominant, complemented by 30% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier. Light gold in colour, the nose is a bouquet of white flowers and citrus fruit, with persistent and fine bubbles keeping the palate alive and refreshing.
