This is a fresh product, best cooked within 2-3 days.
Each sausage roll weighs 220g - enough for one.
Bake the sausage roll in a 180C oven for 35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Our pork is sourced from the Goulburn Valley in Victoria from a small production, ethical farm dedicated to conserving rare breed pigs. These slow growing, completely free-range pigs are unparalleled in quality and flavour - ensuring absolutely delicious sausage rolls.

Our secret sausage roll ingredient is the humble celery seed. It provides a super savoury bite and rounds off the richness of the pork. Pair Meatsmith sausage rolls with a classic tomato sauce made in Caulfield North from our friends at Tuckshop Takeaway. For a twist on your regular condiments, squeeze some locally-made BBQ sauce on top, courtesy of Fancy Hanks. We also recommend our own house made mustard. To make your sausage roll dinner a full meal, serve with a salad of dressed Ramarro farm salad leaves.
