Our ox tongue is brined then coated in our house pastrami spice, before being hot smoked until tender.
Slice it thin for sandwiches or grill it lightly for something more substantial. Best served with celeriac remoulade, currently available in-store.

Made with Beef Tongue, Black pepper, coriander, mustard powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, Nitrate, Water, Salt. Acidity Regulator (460, 451, 452), Dextrose, Sucrose, Antioxidant (316), Preservative (250), Hydrolyzed Maize Protein. CONTAINS: ONION, GARLIC.
This is a cooked product, best eaten in 2-3 days of opening. Please refer to packaging for more information.
Each pack will contain approximately 300g of ox tongue pastrami, enough for 2 on the grill, or 3-4 sandwiches.
For grilling: get charcoal bbq white hot, season ox tongue slices with salt, brush with olive oil. Grill for 2 minutes on either side to get a nice charred finish.
