Ingredients
You will need a roasting dish that will fit your ham and a rack that snugly fits inside it.
Method
Preheat the oven to 195C fanforced.
Remove the glazed ham from its packaging. As you do so, carefully reserve any remaining liquid and glaze.
Place the rack into the base of the large roasting pan and then place the ham onto the rack. Evenly pour over any of the reserved liquid. Put the ham into the oven and roast for 40 minutes. Remove the ham from the oven and then use a brush to baste it with the roasting juices.
Return the ham to the oven for a further 20 minutes and set aside to rest for 15 minutes. Use any leftover juices to brush over the ham, ensuring it is evenly glossy.
