Capretto is a style of young goat popular in the south of Italy. This year, we're sourcing ours by way of Meredith Dairy. We roll a deboned saddle of goat with confit garlic and herbaceous Warrigal greens for a roast that is as easy to cook, as it is to carve.
All festive orders for this stunning capretto saddle come with a free 320g jar of Meredith Dairy Marinated Goats Cheese to enjoy.
This is a raw product that will be vacuum sealed and best cooked within 7 days. Check packaging for use by date information.
Each capretto (goat) saddle will weigh a minimum of 1.9kg, feeding 6-8 people.
