Made from 100% certified Italian durum wheat that has been dried slowly to give the best possible texture and flavour, this pasta can be used across a versatile range of sauces.
Trenette is flat and narrow (somewhere between fettuccine and linguine) and is perfect with a traditional bolognese or puttanesca sauce, and we also love it for cacio e pepe.
Made from Durum wheat semolina, water.
