A vibrant and punchy green sauce made with fresh herbs, garlic, mustard, lemon juice and anchovies. While it's delicious alongside any grilled protein, we particularly love it with crispy porchetta or slow-roasted lamb.
Produced especially for Father's Day, this will only be available to pre-order for pick up and delivery from Wednesday 3rd September until Sunday 7th September.
Made in our Fitzroy store using parsley, mint, tarragon, anchovies, garlic, capers, cornichons, lemon juice, mustard, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper & xantham gum.
Each jar of salsa verde will have a minimum of 7 days shelf life, and should be used in 3 days of opening.
Each jar will contain 200g of salsa verde.
