Gippsland pasture raised beef oxtail
Grass fed oxtail - trimmed, cut and trussed. This is premium beef raised by free-range farming collectives in Gippsland. These include O'Connor Beef and the Murray Grey Society. Wonderful for soups, stocks and braising.
Each trussed oxtail will weigh approx. 1.2 kg.
This is a fresh product, best cooked within 2-3 days.
