A North African style chilli sauce packed with cumin and caraway seeds. Its aromatic heat makes it a delicious condiment with grilled lamb kofta or our lamb leg shawarma. Mixed with lemon juice and olive oil, it makes for a wonderful marinade for chicken, pork and lamb. 

Meatsmith made in Fitzroy, this sauce is made from chilli, capsicum, tomato, cumin, caraway, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt.
This product must be refrigerated and its shelf life will be for a minimum of two weeks, refer to packaging for further use by date information.
Each jar contains 170g of harissa.
