This German style pork knuckle is made with rare-breed pork and simply seasoned with sea salt and olive oil. It’s slow-cooked until tender, then is finished in the oven at home — just a final roast with a drizzle of olive oil to bring the skin to a crisp, golden crackling. Best served with potato salad and our Meatsmith beer gravy, currently available in-store.
Available as part of our Decade of Meatsmith celebration, from 10 Feb - 22 Feb.
