Tuscan Chicken Maryland

We've looked to the northern hills of Italy for his new addition to the cabinets. Marinated with plenty of garlic, oregano, rosemary and sun-dried tomato, our Tuscan chicken Marylands are just what we want for a hit of sunshine while the weather cools. 

A Bannockburn Maryland is a choice cut of chicken for this, lending itself to being roasted, barbecued or braised. We particularly love these ones as the seasoning is so versatile

The marinade is made from garlic, dried oregano, fresh parsley, fresh rosemary, sun dried tomatoes, blend oil, salt, cracked black pepper, smoked paprika, lemon zest.
This is a raw product, best cooked within 3 days. Check packaging for use by date information.
Each pair of chicken marylands will weigh approximately 500g, feeding two people.
Oven Roast at 180c for 40mins or until internal temperature reaches 72c. Finish with some cooking cream and serve.
