Made from 85% Shiraz, 15% Pinot Noir, the wine is barrel-fermented and aged on lees for 4 months to build depth and texture. Bright, aromatic and juicy pink in the bottle, notes of melon and spice with a subtle, savoury edge. Drink it in any weather with some pastrami to snack on.
