Rare-breed, free-range Tamworth pork rack from Glen Eyrie Farm, Northern Victoria. Frenched and cleaned with the rind on, each rack contains 7 points. 

The 700g rack will have approximately 2 points while the 2.6kg rack will have approximately 5 points.
