A playful take on a French classic. Tangy, spicy kimchi is folded through a rich cream sauce and topped with Gruyère and panko breadcrumbs before baking until golden.
Serve alongside the Szechuan suckling pig leg roast, sticky pork ribs, or your favourite steak.

Each Kimchi Gratin will weigh approximately 600g, enough for 4 people as a side.
Preheat oven to 160c. Remove from packaging and place on baking tray. Cook for 25-30 minutes until bread crumbs are golden and internal temperature is 65c or higher.
