Chicken, Sorrel & Bacon Family Pie
Our chicken pie is given a zesty, citrussy lift with the addition of locally grown sorrel. An all-butter puff pastry encases braised Bannockburn chicken thighs, leeks and our smoked streaky bacon to create a rich and decadent filling.
Made with Bannockburn chicken thighs, leek, bacon, sorrel, flour, butter, chicken stock (onion, celery, carrot, water & chicken frames), soy sauce, Dijon mustard, shortcrust pastry, puff pastry and eggs

Each pie weighs approx. 900g - enough for 3-4 people.
Heat your oven to 190C. Keep pie within the paper wrapping then bake for 45-50 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden.
