For the holidays this year, we’ve turned to our team to share a dish that captures the festive spirit of celebrations past. 

This is Troy's - a boneless suckling pig, stuffed with brandy and Madeira-soaked prunes and apples, mustard greens and a pork farce made with green peppercorns and pistachios.

This raw product will be vacuum sealed, please refer to packaging for use by date information. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.
Each suckling pig roast will weigh a minimum of 5.8kg, feeding approx. 12-15 people.
Preheat your oven to 160c and roast for 2.5 hours, or until internal temperature of 58C. Rest for 25 minutes.

Christmas items are available for home delivery and click & collect from December 16 to 24.
