2023 Mittnacht Frères Alsace Blanc

A beautifully expressive dry white wine from one of Alsace’s pioneering biodynamic estates. Crafted from a blend of 80% Pinot Auxerrois and 20% Pinot Blanc, this wine offers an aromatic profile of delicate white florals and hints of toasted brioche. On the palate, it is opulent yet impeccably balanced, with a generous structure lifted by a fine, precise acidity. Sourced from biodynamically and organically farmed vineyards across Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé, and Mittelwihr, the wine is made with minimal intervention and a deep respect for terroir. The result is a gastronomic wine of elegance and depth. Great with all types of food, in particular chicken ballotine, glazed duck and cauliflower cheese.
