Inspired by the vibrant culinary traditions of the Basque country in the Iberian peninsula, this dish has a gentle hum of smoked paprika with plenty of onion, garlic and bay leaf. It's a hearty and flavourful dish that is delicious with fluffy long grain rice, or our potato gratin for something more decadent.
Meatsmith made with Bannockburn free-range chicken, prosciutto, chopped tomato, tomato paste (concentrated tomato 98%, salt, citric acid), onions, vermouth, garlic, piquillo peppers (piquillo pepper 86%, water, sugar, salt, citric acid, calcium chloride), paprika, cayenne pepper, thyme, rosemary, salt & bay leaf.
