A weekend hobby turned full time gig - The Fermentalists started with fermenting coffee, beer and other foods before turning their attention to the world of hot sauces.

Their range is gluten free, vegan and use produce from local farmers.

The Fermented Chilli Jam combines fermented red chillies, sugar, lemon juice, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, tamarind paste and salt. It's great for adding depth to a stir fry and lift & fragrance to white meats like fish and chicken.
