Here’s an indulgent take on garlic bread - sourdough baguette stuffed with smoked bone marrow, garlic and plenty of butter. Eat with a tin of anchovies and a classic St John style parsley salad, or have it as a supreme side on steak night.

We smoke bone marrow over applewood and blend it with butter, garlic, lemon, and parsley for a deep, savoury flavour that’s indulgent yet familiar.

To serve, simply remove the garlic bread from its packaging, place it on a lined baking tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 10 minutes. Remove once the butter is melted and the loaf is browned.

This is a cooked product, and it will be vacuum sealed with a minimum of 3 days of shelf life. Please refer to packaging for further information.
Each garlic bread will weigh approx. 150g, enough as a side for 3-4 people.
Remove from packaging and place garlic bread on a lined baking tray. Place into a preheated oven at 160 for 10mins until golden brown and butter has melted.
