Furneaux Distillery Sawyers Bay Unpeated Whisky

Furneaux distills on Tasmania's Flinders Island. With its unique geographic position, Flinders Island has naturally occurring peat, pristine water sources and a strong maritime climate, similar to whisky-making regions in the Scottish Hebrides. 

The Sawyers Bay Double Oak is an unpeated whisky matured in old bourbon and sherry casks. Stewed apple and caramel on the nose, with fruit that holds through the palate alongside lingering vanilla and spice.
