A pudding fit for Easter feasting. Locally made panettone, baked into a rich, custardy dessert with chocolate, brandy, and cream. Buttery, indulgent, and best served warm—perhaps with a splash of Crème anglaise or a scoop of ice cream for good measure.
Only available over the Easter long weekend - from Wednesday, 16 April to Saturday, 19 April.

This is a cooked product, best consumed within 3-5 days.
Each portion of bread and butter pudding will weigh approx. 900g, serving 6 people.
Microwave on 700w for 4-5mins or until heated all the way through. Serve with cream, custard or ice cream.
