A traditional Roman-style braise of honeycomb tripe, slow-cooked in tomato, garlic and herbs, with nduja providing gentle warmth.

Finished with pecorino and parsley, it's hearty and flavourful dish, best enjoyed with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.

Available as part of our Winter Series, from 30 June - 12 July.

Each Trippa Alla Romana will weigh approximately 600g, enough for 2 people.
Preheat the oven to 170c, cook in the centre rack of the oven for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature is 65c or higher.
