A weekend hobby turned full time gig - The Fermentalists started with fermenting coffee, beer and other foods before turning their attention to the world of hot sauces.

Their range is gluten free, vegan and use produce from local farmers.

Reaching just a 2 out of 5 on the heat scale, this Fermented Jalapeno Hot Sauce is designed to just tickle the senses. Vibrant, zesty and oh-so-sweet, this number needs to be at hand whenever you're pulling together tacos or scrambling some eggs.

Made in Sydney from Organic apple cider vinegar, Jalapeño chilli, garlic, Himalayan pink salt, xanthan gum, French oak.
Refer to packaging for best before date - Best kept in the fridge but can be stored at room temperature.
Each bottle contains 100ml of hot sauce
