A weekend hobby turned full time gig - The Fermentalists started with fermenting coffee, beer and other foods before turning their attention to the world of hot sauces.

Their range is gluten free, vegan and use produce from local farmers.

The Fermented Red Chillies are not here to mess around - simply naturally fermenting the best Australian Red Chillies around and jarring them with a little oil and salt, that's all they need. A spoonful will add depth and complexity of flavour plus plenty of heat to a pasta sauce or stir fry. We also love rolling some into our homemade porchetta!


Made in Sydney from Red chillies, vegetable oil, Himalayan pink salt.
Refer to packaging for best before date - Best kept in the fridge but can be stored at room temperature.
Each jar contains 220g of Fermented Red Chillies.
