
Rare Breed Asado-Cut Pork Ribs with Smoked Maple & Soy
Rare breed, Asado-cut pork ribs marinated with smoked maple and soy. Cut on the perpendicular for ultimate render and flavour, these are a super savoury addition to our BBQ fare. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side then serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Wonderful served as a starter of over a bed of steamed rice for something more substantial. We source our pork from Glen Eyrie Rare Breed Farms and Beachport Berkshires.
Our marinade is made in house with dark soy sauce, garlic, onion, black pepper and smoked maple syrup.
Each serving includes 4 slices of Asado-cut pork ribs, weigh approx. 640g.
