Rare breed, Asado-cut pork ribs marinated with smoked maple and soy. Cut on the perpendicular for ultimate render and flavour, these are a super savoury addition to our BBQ fare. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side then serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Wonderful served as a starter of over a bed of steamed rice for something more substantial. We source our pork from Glen Eyrie Rare Breed Farms
