Tender oxtail, slow-braised with Jamaican jerk spices, wrapped in golden pastry. Rich and spicy, this is a pie made for cold nights.

The filling is cooked, while the pastry is raw - simply bake at 180°C for 30–40 minutes, or until beautifully golden.

Oxtail, Puff Pastry, Short crust Pastry, Chicken Stock, Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Habanero, Dark Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Pepper, Salt, Allspice, Chili flakes, Ginger, Thyme, Cinnamon.
This is a cooked product, please use within 2-3 days of purchase.
Each pie will be enough for 1 person.
Preheat oven to 190c. Place on baker sheet / tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 mins until golden brown and internal temperature is 65c or above.
