Free-range Bannockburn chicken from near Geelong, with Café de Paris butter beneath the skin, and wrapped in caul fat to baste the chicken as it cooks. Serve with pommes Anna and our rich chicken sauce, currently in store.

This is a fresh product, best eaten in 2-3 days. Please refer to packaging for more information.
Each Bannockburn chicken will weigh approximately 1.7kg, enough for 5-6 people.
To roast the chicken, place it in a roasting tray on a rack, preheat your oven to 180 degrees, cook for 50mins or until internal temp of 68c Let it rest for 15 mins before portioning up and arranging on a serving plate. Serve with extra Café de Paris butter and Chicken sauce.
