Our sausages are made in house from the best quality, free range heritage meat. They are always made with a 20% fat content and they are juicy as can be. Whether they're flavoured with black garlic and sorrel or aromatic with chilli and fennel, these are the perfect meal for when you want dinner ready in minutes. TO COOKCook sausages on a medium grill: our thin butchers sausages will take around 8 minutes, and thicker sausages will take approximately 12 minutes. Turn frequently during cooking. Alternatively, cook in a frying pan with a little oil, for the same amount of time. |
TO SERVEWe can never go past a snag in bread with sauce. But, depending on the sausage you've chosen you may want to serve them with a hearty salad, with some braised legumes or made into a rich pasta sauce. |
