Fajita Marinated Chicken Thighs

Who doesn't love taco night?  A family favourite, these free range fajita chicken thighs will definitely elevate your next fiesta. Marinated with smoked paprika and cumin, they will provide a certain earthiness that pairs perfectly with that favourite guacamole recipe of yours. Heat up some tortillas and set the table, they'll be ready in a flash.

 

TO COOK

Season the chicken thighs with salt. Cook over a medium grill, turning frequently for 12-14 minutes until well charred, and cooked through. 

TO SERVE

Serve your sliced thighs in warmed tortillas with grilled peppers and onions, a squeeze of lime, chopped coriander, sour cream and a dollop of guacamole to make our favourite taco night fajitas. Don't forget the hot sauce on the side.
