Our Chinese style BBQ pork steaks are great for nights when you want dinner in a flash. Flavoured with soy, garlic, black bean & oyster sauce, they pack a serious punch of umami. Light up the BBQ, crack a cold beer and set the table.
Season the pork steaks with salt. Cook on a grill over a moderate heat, turning frequently, for 10-12 minutes until charred on both sides, and cooked through. Rest for 6 minutes.
Carve the steak into pieces, serve over steamed rice with fresh lime, and some steamed Gai Lan dressed with crispy chilli oil.
