Chicken Ballotine with Rocket & Parmesan
Our chicken ballotine is absolutely packed with flavour. We debone half a free range chicken then stuff it with fresh rocket and parmesan cheese - ready for you to roast. It is perfect for those nights when you're yearning for a little bit of elegance from the comfort of your own home. Put the oven on and crack open a bottle of chardonnay - this is food for savouring.
TO COOKBrush the ballotine lightly with a teaspoon of olive oil. Roast in a preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes. Leave to rest for 10 minutes after cooking. |
