Asado Cut Beef Short Ribs

Our Asado cut beef short ribs are sliced on the perpendicular for maximum render and flavour. These ribs are for those of us who like something special to make our weekly barbecues flourish. Fire up your grill and grab your favourite condiments, be quick - these ribs will be ready in a flash.



Brush the short ribs with a touch of olive oil, and season generously with salt. Cook over a hot grill, turning frequently for around 8-10 minutes until cooked to medium well. Rest for 5 minutes.


Carve the ribs into pieces - they are best served with a refreshing and piccante sauce like our own Meatsmith chimichurri as well as some some crusty bread and a generous leafy salad.
