A proper cold-weather dish. Veal shin on the bone, slowly cooked in a tomato and white wine sauce, with a base of aromatics that bring depth and sweetness.

Veal Osso Buco, onion, celery, carrot, Tomato Puree, Tomato Paste, Wine, Garlic, Salt, Bay Leaves, Thyme, Flour, Blend Oil (Olive Oil & Canola Oil)
This product will be vacuum-sealed, with a minimum of a three day shelf life. Please refer to packaging for more information.
Each serve will weigh approximately 600g, enough for 2 people.
Remove from packaging and leave in plastic container. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, depending on the wattage of your microwave. Check halfway through and adjust the time if needed until internal temperature of 65°C. Or place in a heatproof dish and warm in a 180°C oven for 20 minutes, or until hot all the way through.
