Cacciatore marinated raw Bannockburn bone-in chicken thighs for a rich chicken stew. This hunter's style chicken is marinated in rosemary, garlic, olive oil & green olives. They are best browned then simmered in tomato sugo to have with crusty bread or polenta. 

This is a fresh product, best cooked within 2-3 days.

This is a fresh product, best eaten within 2-3 days of purchase.
Each portion will contain 4 chicken thighs, approximately 600g total feeding 2-3 people.
Brown the chicken in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add a tin of crushed tomatoes to the pan, transfer to an oven at 180C and roast for 20 minutes, until the tomato has cooked and slightly reduced.
