A Meatsmith weeknight favourite, made with our own house made bolognese sauce, ricotta, pasta and parmesan. Heat in the oven for 30 minutes then serve. Approx 1kg. Serves 2 generously, 3-4 comfortably. This will be vacuum sealed, eat within 3-5 days, refer to package for further information. Ingredients: Bolognese (beef, pork, tomato, onion, carrot, celery, white wine, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, worchestershire sauce, garlic, coriander seed, salt, star anise) milk, ricotta cheese, pasta (wheat flour, egg) parmesan cheese.
