Cooked sous-vide by us for 8 hours, our slow-cooked porchetta is ready for you to finish at home in under an hour.

This boneless pork belly, rolled with fresh herbs, fennel seed, garlic and lemon zest, strikes the perfect balance of flavour and indulgence. The best part? Its preparation couldn’t be simpler. We've done most of the cooking – all that's required is oven roasting at 170 degrees for 30 minutes, followed by 20 minutes at 220 degrees for the best golden, glistening and irresistible crackling.

To accompany, we've also made a fresh, bright and fragrant Salsa Verde, the perfect match for your Porchetta.

Produced especially for Father's Day, in a family friendly chilli-free version, this will only be available to pre-order for pick up and delivery from Wednesday 3rd September until Sunday 7th September.

Made with rare breed pork belly, garlic, parsley, fennel seeds and lemon.
This is a partially cooked product and is best consumed within 1 week of purchase. Please refer to packaging for more detailed information.
Each porchetta will weigh 1.8-2kg, enough to comfortably feed 6 people.
Remove porchetta from packaging and rub a generous amount of salt into the skin. Roast for 30 minutes at 170 and then increase temperate to 220 for another 20 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes prior to carving.
