A weekend hobby turned full time gig - The Fermentalists started with fermenting coffee, beer and other foods before turning their attention to the world of hot sauces.

Their range is gluten free, vegan friendly and use produce from local farmers.

The Smoked Garlic & Honey Hot Sauce (spice level 3/5) is a celebration of habanero chillies. Their natural sweetness marries with the honey and added depth from smokey garlic - this hot sauce is a bit of a 'goes with everything' kinda sauce.

Made in Sydney from Habanero chilli, apple cider vinegar, water, garlic, honey, Himalayan pink salt, xanthan gum.
Refer to packaging for best before date - best stored in the fridge after opening but can be kept at room temperature.
Each bottle contains 160ml of hot sauce
